AA/AF and Catalyst AI is disabled in CCC. Only thing thats enabled is mipmap details, and these settings worked with the previous version of Grimrock.

This just gave me another reason to hate steam. And god knows I do not need new reasons to hate steam already. And I have at most 5 games on this platform.Torst wrote:Steam goes crazy with the update in my case.
First i run Steam and they told me there is an update = 668 mb download ?!?
I've played a few minutes, close Log and start Log in Steam again = there is an update and he is loading again 668 mb ?!?
Edit : Lol,the second download was version 1.1.3. ?!?

I notice when you import portraits, it has a toggle for male or female, how do you set if a picture is male or female?

Re: 1.1.4 Patch Progress
Can a dev please answer as to why the 1.1.4 patch was not an actual patch but required the full game to be downloaded again...?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: 1.1.4 Patch Progress
Hi
I've downloaded the new game installer (setup_legend_of_grimrock_1.0.0.8.exe) from GOG to patch the game but when all is installed, the game refuse to start (with no error message).
I've checked the process via process explorer and grimrock.exe doesn't even appear for a brief duration.
I first tried to install over the former version of the game, then I uninstalled the game, even restarted the computer and installed the new version.
Nothing happened. The game didn't start.
I uninstalled again and changed the path (mine was using \Program Files\[ GAMES ]), so I kept the default folder structure.
Still unable to start.
I uninstalled and reinstalled setup_legend_of_grimrock_1.0.0.6.exe, it worked perfectly.
Nothing has changed in my hardware and software configuration.
I'm running Windows 7 SP3 32bits (with the latest updates), got an ATI HD4850 (latest drivers), SSD, 4GB RAM.
I can't figure out what's going wrong here.
Does anyone encounter something similar or have an idea?

Bourrinopathe Did you tried to delete D3DX9_43.dll file?
Re: 1.1.4 Patch Progress
It is just me, or does the 1.1.4 seem a little more laggy at times?
Cheers

Argl! What did I miss? It worked! Thanks a lot!
Why do I need to delete this file? Any idea? Some incompatibility or something?
(I mean it's in the released installation)
