blue crystal should replenish food?

Hi everyone,

I'm on the lower levels of the game right now and for a while food became very hard to find. At one point all four of my chars at the "need food" icon on. What do you guys think of having the awesome blue crystal replenish food?

Well for me it would make the game a little to easy, but sure maybe this is something a fan could mod in at some point.

i agree. food is easy to obtain as it is. if crystals could replenish hunger then there'd be no need for food.

But yeah I ran out of food at one point to, you just have to keep going and then be a bit careful!

Yeah it would make it to easy.I actaully didn't have any problems at all with food until the 2-3 last levels. A tip is to not eat the food untill u really need it, if you are running low. Although the your party might be starving, it might be a good idea to save the food until a fight and not just waste it when u are stuck or running around looking for secrets.

Hunger and the need not to sleep all the time and manage your rest periods makes the game edgy. It would be boring if you replenished your food. I would even argue it shouldn't heal you either, maybe the ressurect is handy though.

Yea thats a good point i guess it would make the game to easy and it was pretty tense when I could't rest and get health back. But I'm out of the woods now I found a good food supple on level 9. It is my first play through and I know I waisted a lot of my food in the beginning. When I do a second play through I will be more conservative

You find tons of food, i'm unsure its needed.

i beat it on hard/oldschool and had a lot of food left over. not sure how people are running out... i have crates of the stuff laying at the exit to level 9.

The Dino's need to spawn more, and that would fix the problem. I got scared to enter the dino area at first, but later I was running around there desperate for one. I know you have to trigger some mobs with opening grills/doors.
