Level 5 Iron Door

The scroll I found in level 5 says I need to rest where the dragons gaze. I rested in front of the 2 dragon faces but the door didn't open.
Can you help me with that?

Also, where is the Tome of Health in Level 3 (a map screenshot will do the job).

Look were they point and rest between them.
It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
