How can I obtain both secrets? It's probably level 4.

Well, you managed to throw a dagger or something in a teleporter to get there. Maybe it's time to throw yourself in it now

I don't recall that second picture, where in lvl 4 is that?

And also, when you have placed all the scrolls, the side walls open and the is a switch on one of the walls, I can't figure out what it is good for anybody know??

It puts the teleporters back on.
