Lvl 7: Cant get past room full of pits

Theres a room full of pits, and a frostball being fired, reguarly triggering a switch
The entire room then alternatives between fully paved, and a room of pits

I know you can run infront of the frostball thing, and block it from opening all the trapdoors. But there is a wooden door and I cant find how to open it

There's also a bunch of 5 levers in a room a little distance away. I already opened a secret area using these, so Im not sure they're related to this puzzle

Levers are not related. Block an energy ball while facing the opposite wall, look for a secret switch.
