"Steam servers are too busy to handle your request."

So I bought this game yesterday, and started installing. I lost power in my house for a brief period of time, and it says "The Steam servers are currently too busy to handle your request. Please try again in a few minutes." I figured to just wait until today, but I still can't install. I deleted the files I already downloaded, and restarted Steam many times. What should I do?
