Rest Error?

I used the "Rest" command and I got the Dream sequence with the clouds/gears.

Problem is, all that was shown was "..." (ellipses), there was no text message ever displayed.

This went on several minutes, with the gears turning and moving, but there was never a message.

I eventually had to hit ESC to pause (Phone rang), and it went the regular "zzzz" screen.

I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen, or if something hung?

When the ellipsis comes out, left click anywhere on the screen to advance the dream sequence. This applies on all dream sequences that I have encountered thus far.
