does anyone know where the gold key is supposed to be found for the door in MT sewers (with a secret behind) ?

could only get 6/7 secrets in planetarium. I traveled through the whole map with the console, using the apparatus at various points, but no luck - is there really a 7th secret? (secrets found labelled with ' ! ')

I consoled my way again and was able to find the secret i was missing in the academy - there i met a dwarf and the dialogues basically says that 'we got teleported here by using an object on Feanor's forge' (the elfe in Housing) - but it doesn't say which one?

I've just finished Madonite, and about to start chap3. I found all the other secrets but the 2 mentionned above (+ the one in the sewers because of the gold key)


last, any hints what to do with these items?

gem of the moon (found in mount khan)
fire flower (found in tibianic mine)
starmetal ore (found in Xarasa Grotto')
lightning core (calculation plain) - only managed to get the techno sword here btw

hopefully will be able to finish this damn long mod for good one of these days (after many failed versions/attempts :| )

well well.. interesting

now a question pls. I mean how on earth one is supposed to win when the (not so smart) boss got himself teleported out of the fighting area ? Since every exits are meant to be locked till the fight is over ?

I'm the one within the 'fighting are' - Not him.

I'm the one following the rules. Not him..


So have to reload, but i'm guessing this is not something expected (ie bug) ?

nice, he did again. Somehow he managed to teloport himself back this time - but only because he saw me on the other side of the gate.. He saw me and sswwsshh ..teleported. Still this is not normal. What if he decided to never come back near the gate ? i could stay there forever.


btw i think he is a bit overpowered, but this is just an opinion. Not an enjoyable fight for me, mainly due to the teleportation stuff.

Hello. To the point:

"The sewers gold lock": Use any gold key that you may have found before or that you will find later.

"Secret of Planetarium": The secret you are missing is the pirate flag in the library, if you use the 204R version you can not access until you find the level “Pirate Bastion”, if you use the 206R version you just have to press a place of the pirate flag to open the wall (I think an eye). This was changed because it was too unclear the other way.

"Terror of the Dragons": It's an easter egg, it's useless, but you can sell it to the guy who buys the books in rocky coast in version v206R (but not in v204R).

"Gem of the Moon": There are 4 of them, if you get all 4 and put them in the forge of the elf Faenor of Malan Tael you can access the forge of time (a secret in the academy).

"Fire Flower": Used to make potions that give you several attributes at the same time (I think I remember) in a village in the Jungle level, it's not very useful or important.

"Starmetal Ore": Used to forge and upgrade weapons in the forge of time.

"Lighting Core": Serves to access a secret near the end of the game, in turn that secret makes you get another object that you can use elsewhere to get an epic item. I think you will know where to use it when the time comes (i recommend you to insist a lot).

Regarding the ogre bug I never saw it, even though I've played this mod at least 6 times with different character configurations :D I've always carried out that combat in the northern part of the map (good job finding out). There was an identical bug in a boss in the final levels of the game, it was fixed in the 206R version.
