I finished playing because I didnt find no more solutions and some secrets are not marked on my map and so I dont know from which map I found all secrets and from which not.
Edit: I reload a game and saw that I also found 318 secrets. :O
Missing secret is in the Malan Tael area, location near 0,1,0,0,26. As you can see it is middle of nowhere, so I guess it will appear somewhere else or some script spawns something into this area.
Do you also see secret there with Secret Apparatus?

Plaza, run this location from console.
What do you run from console to search secrets?
I got all in Plaza here is the list 4/4

I marked all my maps so the only 1 I missed unless I made a mistake in marking them is in the grove or palace as I only 4/5 for grove and 8/9 for palace

I didnt search secrets with code. But theoretically it may be possible when searching by name. I was teleporting around and used secrets apparatus which say that there is a secret. I dont know its exact location as this area is empty when teleporting there.
I have 1 secret unmarked in the Plaza area (so 2/4), but I have missing secret there.
For me I cant see any bridge on the roof. Are you talking about this place?
In the palace I have marked 7 of 9 secrets. But then I probably found all 9 there, but idk which I didnt notice to mark. Probably there was many notifications at same time.
Maybe show me your map of palaze where you have market secrets?

So you got the altar one there? And yes that place above you have in the screen is what I am talking about. Where you click the door and end up on top area. of course I made an assumption there as it dinged but also lots of text on screen so not sure if it showed a secret in text.
