Put in teleport some heavy thing, not stone. I put heavy armor helmet and entrance open.

im not sure its bug or i dont have the required item but i dumped basically all my inventory through the portal but nothing happens still

Its not about throwing stuff, and weight don't matter. maybe an easier solution is to have the item in place before you turn the teleporter on ...

The trick with this one is placement, you don't throw the item but set it into the teleporter.

I didn't have a problem getting in. My problem is getting out!!

The ambush with the two crab monsters is ridiculous. I can kill the first one, but the second one kills me every time. The problem is that they trap me at the end of that corridor, and I have to fight them one after the other with no room to move at all.

We cant really help you with that... since I cant comment on your party makeup and selection, I'll suggest the only other thing I can think of:

It's Potion Chugging time! see who can drink health pots the fastest!
