I got into den of thieves area. A paper behind rat at the black pearl was very good hint.

Do I get to Rhun island West later or is it somehow connected to Rhun island or Zo temple?

Its directly connected with rhun island.

Its directly connected with rhun island.

Can I get to it right away or is it later? Is it through the gateway that the Dwarf collector was?

You can go to rhun west anytime you want, but probably you will regret and return back pretty quick and waiting for better times.

Way there is easy to see and thats why you cant find it so easily

I am stuck.

a) In the Obanyon area I cant find key from King Gil Anadin Tomb "The key lies in the secret corner area"
b) Pirate bastion is locked because cant find red wheel for it. One wheel stay stucked in the madonite center area. I dont know what I need to release it.
c) Arganite key is missing to go to the lake rhun area. I suspect it should be in Obanyon area, but idk.
d) What means "shadow way" in the stargate area (also in quantom reactor area)?
e) Forge of ix door is closed in the quantom reactor area. Probably its very easy to open it, but cant figure it out. :S
f) One guy in the malan tael academy ask an orb of negation from sky city. I have discovered all areas and secrets in sky city areas, but none such orb.

I can only answer 3 of these as I am not far enough along yet in others. The red wheel was obtained via an extended dialog with book collector. It is one of those things that if you miss it it is not happening unless you spawn it into inventory I think. The Arganite key is in Pirate Bastion but can only be found if you have the Kill Varanim quest and do not kill but fake the death. The Orb of negation is as simple as grabbing one of the orbs in the boss area of sky city.

Just a quick follow up on above West Rhun. Is the path or thing to activate to go West on the West side? Is it The ship itself or the little leprechaun or the pirate hideout area?

Nothing need to be activated.

Its straight way from rhun island to island west. Its easier than you think, you have to clean that path a bit.
