Update again :D

Version 2.2 out now!

- 1 new Level
- new items, spells
- nerfed and buffed some things ;) (the Doom Hammer for example can now really freeze enemys)
- 1 new secret
- completely changed the "4-button puzzle".. now it shouldnt be such an issue any more
- lowered droprate for tar beads from Hell Rats
- few item changes, balancing
- 2 more Brass Keys

Hello, firstly thanks for the good job! Enjoying your mod so far.
My DEX-oriented Headhunter Muramasa Swordsman currently works very well.
But right now I'm kinda stuck at the easternmost corner of level 12.

The memo says I should go to the Hall of Slimes and hit the secret switch, but I'm strolling for hours, because I;
1.lost track of where gold key originally was
2.am not sure I came up with the fastest route (level warps, maybe?)
3.don't know how the switch - the one next to the memo - works

Can somebody help?

Hey Niwatorry.

Well, I dont exactly know which note you have there, but in my newest version the note is different.
The switch has nothing to do with the main progress (Secret). Just discover Level 12 and go to Level 13.
But i dont know which gold key you mean, you have to be more specific.
You mean the fastest route from level 3 to level 12?

...OH wait, by "this" you meant "gold key room", not "the room where note belonged", right?
I was trying to run/warp from level 3 to level 12 as fast as possible, like 5-7 times. So embarassing... :roll:

Anyways, this also made me notice I was playing with previous version of the mod.
Now up-to-date and ready for those additional contents!

hahahaha!!! Yes i meant in Level 3! So you went from level 12 to level 3 5-7 Times for nothing??? loool i cannot believe that :lol:
I am sorry for you.. Maybe i should have made things more clear :D

Update! I am working on a huge patch! This one.. really will be great :shock: I am planning to create a whole new dark and crazy path the player may choose to go (other World) with new monsters, items, graphics and i am even thinking about shops and.. something completely new. This will take a while tho. I have a lot of ideas which id like to realize. It will come out in some months i suspect. cheers

I'm in lvl 35(Battlefield...) After a long fight I have all four keys, but...Even one door can not be opened?!?
What am I doing wrong??

Your English is totally ok so far ;)
Concerning Level 35: You discovered one of my mistakes. I am sorry :oops: The Key-Slots are not connected..
So if you want to leave the level you have to use console commands which is described earlier in this thread.
Open "southern_temple_door_iron_5".
I will update a fixed version soon. Thank you for telling me!

PS: so you are pretty far already, how do you like it?

I do not like too complicated puzzzle. I love fighting and magic in BIG dungeons. So I love your dungeon very very much !!
I like LoG1 since 2012. I played a lot "custom dungeons". Some are better than the original one. Previously, I had two fighters and two wizards(mostly)."Fire" mag and "Ice mag".
But now... New and excellent party! Fighter - Thief1(Flame dagger) - Thief2(Dragon bow YESSS!) and Mag(The basic spell is for me Frost Bolt - very usefull!)
The least good is surprising fighter. Both thieves are excellent !!
In your dungeon was the hardest lvl 35. Eventually, invisibility(partly) helped me - and many potions(big energy and big healing). But also HEALING spell - thank you for it.(Lightning storm is also great :-)..)
And my problem? I'd rather wait for the fixed version . ;-).
And I'm looking forward to your "huge patch" ! it looks incredibly great!! :-)

:lol: Flame Dagger? Frostbolt? If you would know which weapons your Party already COULD have.. you would go crazy :D :D
Frostbolt is ok. But try "freeze" or "Ice_cone"! That is the good stuff :D But to be fair I was not the one who created that spells,
it was Grimwold. When my Update comes out, please also tell me about your experience!
