Help on level5

I am having trouble at the switch that drops the gate and opens the door on the other side. I have learned that you have to throw a dagger down the hall the trip the pressure plate but i cant get thru the gate to the door before it closes. Am I doing something wrong? can you help me?

you have to be very quick about this.

First flip the switch which will open the Wooden door but shut down the portcullis, quickly move to the end of the hall, to where the corridor of the pressure plate is... dont rush in, you'll never make it in time, instead, throw something (a rock) to have it activated. and the portcullis will slowly rise...

If you did all this quick enough, you should be strafing into the wooden door...
