Level Two - Stuck

I have cleared it all, I even have a spare Brass Key, which clearly goes somewhere. Not sure what else to do. I have traversed the stage 3-4 times seeing if I missed a secret panel or something. I think I am about to enter level three, yet clearly I can't get to it because I don't know how to get there.

If you mean you can't get there because of the door blocking the way, you have to remember how you opened the very first door in the beginning of the game :)
