Need some clues ...

1 - I'm in the troll level. This is a ornate key hole (like the teleport quest in the town lvl) but cant find the key. Is it in the quest room ?
2 - Cant find the crowven figurine for the quest room .... SOLVED
3 - I know how to kill non material creep but I never found the dispell scroll.
4 - I have activated the teleporter at the top of dark tower. But cant fight for now the boss. My party is too weak. Is it the boss is mandatory to progress more ?
