Cant remember anything above level 4 . Im pretty sure it was a secret room.

I think the two items bolded here are the same thing, as I can't find another piece of this item on this level, could be wrong here

I found the greaves, which go on the legging area, so I assume those ARE the pants, can't seem to find the boots, they on a lower level?

I think there aren't any Chitin Gloves, as you get the achievement for equipping the 4 pieces on any character.
Full plate achievement is gained by wearing the 5 pieces.
Lurker achievement with 4 pieces.
Nothing for Valour sadly, and I didn't put on the full Ring mail set SO i can't tell
