Hey.

I've finally completed the 2.1 version. I'm play-testing it now, so it should be ready very soon.

Thanks for being patient. It's better to take time, rather than rush it.

I'll upload it to Nexus Mods and ModDB within the week.

The release notes will be added as soon as 2.1 has been play-tested.

It's finally ready.

After over a month of editing, I have finally completed the overhaul of Isle of the Deranged. I know it's not a new mod, but this is the ultimate version of the adventure.

I have fixed minor issues and changed thousands of asset placements to enhance the game. It's still the same mod, but the vast changes make it worth another playthrough.

See below for the various changes with this final update.

- Changelog -

* Made thousands of minor aesthetic changes throughout the world.
* Added new enemies and changed the placement of many others.
* Created new dialogue interactions.
* Changed some puzzle elements whilst adding and removing others.
* Made more logical clues to some puzzles.
* Randomised several items throughout the world.
* Added a few more weapons for variety.
* Created a Beach Race in Nomad's Demise - South.
* Placed new areas within stages.
* Added a new veteran part to Caldar's Gauntlet to test your endurance


Version 2.1 - Isle of the Deranged - Overhaul
I'm aware that players would love more mods to play, but I don't have the time to make another. Unfortunately, life is too busy for that.

The dungeon editor attached to the main campaign is one of; if not the best dungeon editors made. If you haven't planned to make a mod, then there's always time to start :).

Someone made a 'Let's Play' of the previous version of the mod, which is the closest thing there is to a walkthrough or gameplay video.

Utterly fantstic - an update to my all time favourite mod! What a brilliant late Christmas present :-)

Thanks for everything you have done on this Slayer. Downloading it now. Can't wait to play it.....

But I can't download the file... I tried to pump five times from Nexusmods, but the CRC-error constantly occurs when unpacking archiver 7z?
Could you upload the file to a different source? Or pull out of the archive. I dоn't see any reason to pack file in the 7z archive...

Sorry Slayer - found a bug in 2.1

Found the shop after pressing the button in the "hole" opposte. Grabbed the items, looked around, back down the hole, pressed the button again and it crashed the game. Tested this twice and it crashes it every time.

Respect the author! The first level "Cursed dungeon" processed and redesigned a very interesting way! I have passed almost all level, remained a library and ogres-brothers.

Yeah, I have fixed that issue now. I'll wait until everyone gets through the mod until I re-upload it. It was a spawner issue.
