Cemetary Pressure Plate not working?

This is the teleporter vase puzzle. The pressure plate is not activating the 2nd teleporter is this an error? osx steam version.

The pressure plate allows to switch between teleporters. It does not activate both.

yes, but it does not do anything. no clicking no switching it is dead.

Sorry, there was a shuriken lying in the shadows on the plate ... #-)
