Hi there!

I posted a dev update for both the sequel and an upgrade for Underworld. It is the first of a series I plan to write to cover the work from the past year.

It's looking good! I'd certainly like to play your next remake. :)

Or 90's even, I felt a lot of similarity to Wizardry 6. Graphically as well as style, it takes a bit of getting used, to the lack of graphic detail. Ie what looks to be a dead end is actually a staircase, there's just no graphic for it.

Excellent game once you adjust though, I look forward to the new version. :)

Helle everyone.

Time for my annual update! :)

I built a new engine, as mentionned previously, for the sequel to Underworld. I then used it to rebuild Underworld so that it would be on par with its sequel.

The Definitive Edition is due November 3rd! And there's a new trailer:

While grimrock emulated Dungeon Master, I drew inspiration from the previous generation of TB RPGs. Mostly Might and Magic, but people familiar with Bard's Tale or Wizardry should feel right at home.

I'm hoping to release Sovereign, the sequel, in 2016.

Thanks for stopping by!

Excellent, time for my annual reply! :p

I didn't complete the game when I played, so I look forward to replaying. :)

Are your forums back up? I recall there was a lot of useful in game tips on there, it'd be a shame not to be able to access them.

Cheers,

Daniel.

You can still find them via the page top menu. They'll be made more conspicuous before release.
