can rogue detect traps in back row?

can rogue detect traps in back row?

i made a rogue that will use bows and wondered if i could use any detect traps skill he might have as i keep him in the back.

Hi

As far as i know, there are no "traps" in this game. So the answer to your question is "no" :)

There are some traps, if by "trap" we mean a mechanism that will harm your party.
SpoilerShow
For example, poison gas spitting demon heads, pressure plates that open the walls releasing monsters onto your room or pits opening under your feet.
However, finding them is not a feature for the rogue class in this game. That's something you'll have to deal with yourself ;)

But nothing the rogue can detect or help avoid...

This game isn't based off of the way D&D is played. The only way to disable traps is to flip a switch, pull a lever, etc.

If you had the traditional rogue with find traps/ open locks, this game would be a walk over ^^

The rogue in this game is more a ranger with backstabbing options.
