Yep, you can invoke the devil power to launch your washing machine and roll a dwarf over ham to the dark moon ... or simply explain us what you done before your save crashed ;)

Saves are crashing when some of external script part ( like hooks ) or asset are badly writen, or more simply, when link is missing.

However ( and you're very lucky ^^ ), when started, LoG2 gives you a message where the error is. Give us the error message, and the evil power, the dwarf, or us, explain you how solve your problem ;)

Ok, so it says that you effectively bad copied the script.

Don't be sad, your error is reparable ;) All scripts embled scripts are stocked in the "dungeon.lua" file in your "My documents/Almost Human/Grimrock Legend 2/Dungeons/[Name of your dungeon]/mod_assets/scripts/" directory.

Here, it seems than a sign is missing after the ".". Go download Notepad2 ( usefull util to work on files ) on the web, open the dungeon.lua file, search the part of script you copied with Ctrl-F ( for example ), see what's different beetween your script and the forum's script, and ... change differences !

After, if another error appear, do again this operation awhile errors appears ;)

For records and to "read" error messages :
Lai wrote:mod_assets/scripts/dungeon.lua1690:unexpected symbol near "."
mod_assets/scripts/dungeon.lua = Path and name of the file where having error
1690 = Code of the error
unexpected symbol near "." = Explanation of the error

That's all folks !

Open up dungeons.lua with notepad 2 or something and go to line 1690 and find something that might be messed up :D
