Nice graphics.
Would you like to work on a classic dungeon crawler?
A friend and me are currently working on a classic dungeon crawler. It's possible to play a party in 4 player LAN/Internet Multiplayer mode.

...We do not have an artist yet, because we want to concentrate on finishing the gameengine. But if you like to join our project it would be cool...

cheers

So, in 2012, SiENcE approached me to have a look at the game engine, and that became Aeon of Sands, which releases December, 4, 2018!

About

The Trail is the first chapter of the Aeon series, in which you follow a young city clerk on his adventures in a world under two suns, between the life they nurture and the ruin they bring.

The clerk Setrani is unwillingly sent on a critical mission, searching for a missing diplomatic caravan in the most dangerous territory. Will he track it down in time to save his precious dome city and its sacred tree, or will this prideful outpost of humanity be claimed by the sands, and by what lurks in the desert's hot dark heart?
It's basically a Eye of the Beholder looking Grimrock crossed with a visual novel / choose your adventure game, trying to be a poor man's The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Wow, this looks great! The limited animations give it a gritty comic-book feel which really works well I think. Congrats on reaching the final stage of this long journey, releasing a long developed full-fledged game!

We did an in-depth interview with The Gazette of Independent Gaming.

here you go:

The dialogue focuses on the themes of the game's narrative and on the development itself, with Florian talking about the tools he created to support the game.

Wow. 80k words is the size of a novel! And that's a lot of code - unless someone has made a game himself, it's impossible to appreciate what goes into that.
