I have a 5.1 setup, and it is working fine for me. Have you double checked you have 5.1 selected in windows?

I bought from this site with paypal (using LLoyds debit card) with no problems.

The game is number 1 seller on gog and steam, and according to the steam stats, over 5k are playing atm. that is a pretty good success for an indie game

Congratulations devs. I have been watching this game develop ever since you started the blogs, and you have made a lovely game. Number 1 seller on both Steam and GoG Hopefully in 20 years time, the kids of today will talking about this game in the same way we oldies talk about Dungen Master

They have to have a set time for release, or people will complain that 'X got the game before me', and since steam has a set time that games release every day, it sort of makes sense to stick to that for everyone.

Oh, Steam says now that the game will be released in about 12 hours, which would be around 7-8pm CEST, 6-7pm GMT. So... The game will be released an hour earlier on GOG? Hmm, good thing I'm not home this evening (and yes, that was some pretty bad planning...), or I just might've bought it on GOG in...

The link that the humble store sent you (with the steam key and pre-order file) will also contain the stand-alone client, when it is time to be released, so keep that page bookmarked.

Nice work on the times, but for BST you have the release time of 1300, whereas it actually is released at 1800 (according to the steam page).

Click the store page for LoG in steam, and it will show you a countdown, currently it unlocks at 4 days 7 hours, which puts it at 6PM UK time (the time steam changes its' offers)
