I am not entirely sure I did this right - but in order for this to work - I think you need to fall down in the pit, go clockwise through the pit, and teleport back up - rinse and repeat until the panel is all the way back at the front. I have also a problem in this area. I solved the "mirror" puzzle but No I dn'T know what to do. There is a teleport which leads me to the preassure plate room on the left. There was 1 plate up and I got a key but I can't get to the door. How do I get the plate before the door up?

You should explore the rest of the area first. Maybe you find something that helps you.

I noticed the structure of the room and whe I read the sign I immediately new what to do. I think it's pretty obvious and fair. Even if you don't get it first, when you got the first step you should look around and see how it works.
