When you do so then figure the second missed secret 10 tiles north of it too.

A look at your map reveals that you missed 2 secrets.

There are two secrets to miss easily. First is in the huge spike area in wormbound catacombs and the second is in the middle of the bog map there where you throw an item on a plate. Beacause of the fog its not so easy to see.
