While late game, warrior classes can do the most dps, wizards still do decent damage at a range and they can't miss with their spells. I would never make a actual Wizard though, a alchemist with magic is a lot better, more health, and the energy difference is irrelevant due to the duping of herbs.

Started the game off on Normal with Mino Barb, Lizard Barb, Ratling Alchemist and Insectoid Battle Mage. Decided to start over on hard except replacing the battle mage with another alchemist. My endgame setup I imagine: Minotaur Barb: Aggressive, Headhunter, All points into STR and VIT, Heavy weapon...

You guys are also forgetting one other thing. If your standing still, tanking an enemy face to face, the Barb would be better because of higher health and normal dmg. However, if your a person that likes to kite around enemies, and get behind them, a Rogue only needs 3 points in Light Weapon and 3 ...

Regardless of the names, what you use for the base damage is obviously important. Your 2nd to last post showed three totals each for a barbarian and rogue, and for two of the three, you're using weapons that suck at that level, meaning that you're not including much of a penalty for dual wielding (...
