I think, I made up my mind now, at least a little, what my party will look like. I will have a Ratling (with the Mutation-Trait) in Front (I love a little chaos), and besides him an Insectoid named "Brundlefly". And in the back not 1, but TWO human Alchemists, blasting away with Steampunky...

I think I've seen somewhere (I'm pretty sure, actually), that in GRIMROCK 2 Missile-Damage is based on Dexterity, but this needs to be confirmed, since I don't want to check out lots of videos. Scared of Spoilers. ;)

I don't think that Multiplayer would work in a game like GRIMROCK, especially not when everyone would be able to move on their on: one of the main challenge is learning to maneuver in battles; in a 4-Player-Multiplayer-Game you could easily circle the enemy, with everyone hacking away from their poi...

I want to see multiple Islands, with vastly different climate zones (Deserts, Snowy Mountain-Tops, Lush Jungles, Woods, etc.) and Cities and Towns with Inns and shops, like in the ISHAR-Series. Sucks to be me, because most of the time, when playing RPGs, I go for the humanoid option, since I can best identify with a character roughly looking myself. But Kudos to the designers, apparently they tried to do something different here: no Orcs, no Elves, no Gnomes or Gnolls. Instead we got Minot...

This is actually awesome. There are lots of different playstyles, now everyone will be able to tailor the challenge to their respective needs (not like DIABLO III, where there's only Faceroll-Mode, or Haha-Lag-You're Dead).
