I don't think 25 hp is impactful enough to matter. My knight has 439 hp without this and only 18 vitality. I just keep the thing in storage.

Though I guess doing a single character run anything extra will help.

Now that this list is almost complete we need a list of all gold keys. Do we even know how many there are yet?

Do you get more xp on your other guys if you have a farmer or 2 in your party? I don't really see any reason to have a farmer. They start with 2 less skill points so there is always a 2 level deficit and they only get 5 hp/mp per level. Do you actually get to farm at some point?

Crystal Helmet is in South East Wormbound Catacombs after solving a puzzle . It's right next to the "ice guardian statue" which is used to solve a nearby riddle/puzzle.

I ran out of food right when I got to floor 6. I have 3 minos in my party though and no one had the talent for less consumption. Its definitely possible to run out on a first playthrough. That snail room saved me. And yeah, resting is the worst food consumer possible.
