Re: Foooooooooooooooooooood!
Well, one thing that food does is limit how much you can rest. I can easily see a lot of abuse if you can just rest after every single scuffle without penalty. and it is another resource to manage with your carrying capacity. Even if you aren't running out of food, the presence of it still effects ...

The penalty is you're more likely to get hit.

Re: Brilliant game... but. A letter to AH and complainers.
antti says that this game was not designed for "certain types of people" and that they are welcome to all sorts of feedback. This debate should have ended there, but you ignored his post and continued. You understand this would lead to a forum swamped in "Game too hard, please add To...

Re: Brilliant game... but. A letter to AH and complainers.
I readily realize that some people are physically or mentally incapable of succeeding in this game. There should be options for those people. Why? There is always going to be something that precludes someone using or enjoying a product. Saying that something needs to have options to mitigate this i...

Re: Brilliant game... but. A letter to AH and complainers.
This is the way I've been feeling. Which is why I get so frustrated when people like the OP, pull the whole "Go play another game" BS. I've finished the game, and there is nothing I want changed. However, I readily realize that some people are physically or mentally incapable of succeedin...

Re: Brilliant game... but. A letter to AH and complainers.
Reading through these threads is ridiculous. I got news for people. You are entitled to nothing. If the developers want to change something thats on them. When you purchased the game . You purchased it as is. When you buy a cell phone do you think the manufacturer should change it because you don't...

Re: Brilliant game... but. A letter to AH and complainers.
If we assume that nothing anyone says is worth anything because one person's subjective feedback does not represent the masses and there's no such thing as objective criticisms, then all feedback is meaningless, because there's no way to know if something is better or worse than the current impleme...

Re: Brilliant game... but. A letter to AH and complainers.
Its only "bad" if the execution is contrary to the intent. If AH made the decision that all choices are final then it succeeds. I am not saying that is what they think, but I also think that any mistake and/or choice needs a consequence. For me the inability to remove skill points seems l...

Re: Brilliant game... but. A letter to AH and complainers.
Well, let's suppose that it's not objective then. If something is considered subjectively good by all people, is that thing not objectively better than something considered subjectively worse by all people? However, there's another problem here: you indefinitely expand your very limited personal ex...

Re: Brilliant game... but. A letter to AH and complainers.
Things can also be objectively good or bad. No, they can't. There's no "good" or "bad" without the subject, the person appraising the object. Well, let's suppose that it's not objective then. If something is considered subjectively good by all people, is that thing not objective...
