that explains my confusion. I was assuming the combination to open the door was different than the secret. Apparently i need to get some sleep. thanks all.

for me its not an issue of seeing which light is on or off. I got the secret opened. I'm just not able to figure out which plates need weight in order to open the door. I've never had this much trouble with a puzzle and for some reason this one is just got me running in circles.

Any chance you can add a key for those not familiar with the names of each of the runes? Or add a grid to each spell for easy reference?

Is ther a master reference doc for all the objects and items available in the editor? I'm looking through and dont recognize a lot of the items. it would be helpful if there was a way to look up what an object looks like/does/or stats so we can place things accordingly.

so i built a corridor with a series of short side hallways. put a silent pressure plate at the start of the corridor and linked them to spawners set to spawn fireballs. the classic flaming corridor trap. When i try to preview it. The created shuts down. no errors, nothing. When i try to relaunch it ...
