Re: Legend of Grimrock: Destiny's Chance.

First thank you for taking the time out of your day to even read my story! I am greatly honored that you set aside time to read it. Second, thank you for commenting - every writer is a struggling soul needing that validation that what they do is being read and appreciated. :) I've always enjoyed a ...

Re: Which did you prefer, Grimrock 1 or 2?

Other things...I missed not being able to switch between two weapon configurations and not being able to drag cast spells. Mages in general were just much more versatile and more powerful in Grim 2 (could easily be the most powerful in the game). Having two weapon setups is nice, but I dislike the ...

Re: Which did you prefer, Grimrock 1 or 2?

I find the LoG 1 has the better story elements, and the more old school dungeon crawler feeling to it. Because of the story and the atmosphere it creates, it is more addictive -- pushing the player to complete just one more puzzle. Many have criticized the ending of LoG 1 of being a kind of weird. P...

Re: Legend of Grimrock: Destiny's Chance.

Wow. I just found this yesterday and had to read until there was no more. I liked this a lot, and hope that perhaps someday the story will be continued!

Re: Slight UI lag BUG (mouse input issue due to weapon charg

Right. It seems that for me, the problem is not clicking the button down+up fast enough. At least the issue doesn't change for me regardless of any settings that I've tried. It's very hard to say if this is a software problem, or a user problem (in my case) -- Which kind-of hints about a possible us...

Re: Slight UI lag BUG (mouse input issue due to weapon charg

Yeah, I suspected it too, which is why I did not complain earlier. I just find that the "charge time" to trigger alternate attack is not very good anyway. It makes fights very hard: I can miss an attack round completely because of this and also It causes me to never use the special abiliti...

Re: Slight UI lag. Anyone?

Apparently, I have this problem too! First I thought that this was intentional, to make the fight a little bit harder or some other mechanic. But now I saw how fast people can use attacks in Youtube, I no longer think so. It also seems the videos are not sped up in after processing. As for the game,...

I have these too, but my system seems to recover fast enough, so for me this is not big issue.

Re: Grimrock II crashes upon quicksaving and crystal saving

Hi there. Is the recording software recording into an AVI file? If it is, you might want to try VirtualDub to recover the recording. It has some features to handle damaged video files too..

Re: Legend of Grimrock 3

I don't think that Multiplayer would work in a game like GRIMROCK, especially not when everyone would be able to move on their on: one of the main challenge is learning to maneuver in battles; in a 4-Player-Multiplayer-Game you could easily circle the enemy, with everyone hacking away from their po...
