Re: The new skill system.
My thoughts from the blog post. The division of the skills to racial and class-based skills is a great idea. I hope that there will be big enough a number of skills so that the player won't be able to max out all of them during a playthrough, that way the character will feel a lot more specialized, ...

Re: Surprised by the young.
When I first found and started to follow LOG, I always thought that it would gain a cult following of older gamers. So I am surprised to see how the younger gamers have reacted to LOG. They seem to love it, lap it up in fact, regardless of your Skyrim's, Battlefield's and Mass Effect's. I would lik...

Re: DLC
If by DLC you mean a new dungeon that you can buy from us, it depends on whether people want this or not. So far the consensus seems to be that DLCs are evil (for some reason unknown to me). Maybe we should have a poll about this... The hate for DLC is mostly due to their overpricing and poor conte...

Steam Workshop
Is there any chance, that when the modding tools will be released, the mods will be distributed through Steam Workshop ? It's a very easy solution for both devs and players, especially for those who use Steam a lot (like myself). Of course, there should be other mod distribution channels for those w...

Re: When can we expect DLC?
They don't need a kickstart, Grimrock is such a commercial successthanthen wrote:Meh, I'd rather they start working on sequel. Kickstart it so it will have a bigger budget and we can have more varied areas.
I think that we might get a new shorter dungeon when modding tools are released.

Re: Average Age ...
17 years old here. I hadn't even born yet when most of the old dungeon crawling games came out, but I'm loving LoG anyway

Re: Level Gaze of the Dragons
For me, resting in the spot where their gazes intersect worked, but I had to rest for a while - you have to let the dragons take a good look at you.

Re: Black screen when playing?
During the hardware test they ran in Beta stage I ran across the same problem, and disabling forced anti-aliasing from graphic card drivers fixed it.

Re: What now for the Team?
The world map suggests that the team might continue working with this setting/universe. Perhaps we'll see a full-scale RPG in the distant future, something like The Witcher game(s).
Personally, I would love to adventure in the town called "Kalevala".

Re: Pelin ostamisesta
:( Olisiko jotenkin mahdollista esim. postiennakolla ostaa jostain ??? Ei siihen luottokortt...
