Re: Which did you prefer, Grimrock 1 or 2?
I can't even decide. Both games were brilliant. I guess the story was better in LoG1 and the LoG2 points with better enemy AI and non-linearity. @meril What new features did bother you? I can't even remember anything that LoG2 changed compared to LoG1 except for being more open-world and that there ...

Re: Question about monsterattacks
Hm, I don't really remember having problems with Zombies. They are quite slow.
Also with your party setup, wouldn't you usually put the Rogue in the back row (Accuracy 2) and the battle mage in the front row?

Re: *Spoilers* Nexus Ending Discussion
I think the Island Master is the same one. More interestingly was for me that when you kill the Island Master you see the trickster again for a short time. This makes it feel to me that the "Trickster" is actually his real form and not an illusion. Isn't it more common to turn into your re...

Re: *Spoilers* Nexus Ending Discussion
- a member stays and he becomes the Island Master, others leave in the zeppelin - a member is left behind on purpose and after he becomes the Island Master takes revenge and kills the others on the zeppelin That would only work if the airship wasn't gone. Also for my question: The island master is ...

Re: The Nostalgic Past of LoG2
The more interesting question would be: Did the staff play any games after making LoG that are similar to LoG (many were suggested even here on forums after all) and got inspired by those for LoG2?

Yeah, you can't freeze stones to death after all.
And maybe the burning just timed out?

Re: Small suggestion: numbers on health/mana bars
Damage of melee attacks is displayed on the interface which is great but damage of ranged attacks and spells doesn't seem to be. And you have to focus your eyes on the interface because you need to click there so you can't just look above the monster to see your damage.

Re: Feature request for Hard difficulty
Don't you automatically use up more food because you need to rest a lot more often? Who says you need to rest more often? With LoG's build-in health/energy regeneration - which got improved in LoG 2 - there is hardly a need to rest at all. First of all on Hard, crystals take longer to recharge (at ...

Re: Success of LOG 2
I'd also be interested in how successful LoG2 was. I hope it was very successful as there really should be more games like this.
