you really should get 1 alchemist in the rear, and 1 battlemage in front . probably not a good idea to go with 4 wiz but if you insist ... someone will need to trait armor and go up front. and use the spell 'shield'. u need protection dont be afraid to trait athletics (at least to 3 for carrying cap...

Most Light weapons are dex-based. That's means they'll hit far more often. Less damage yeah but shorter cooldowns. So I cant say they're rubbish. For a Dex based character you certainly wont take Heavy Weapons (all str based). So they have a purpose.

Cute party.

Don't expect much of Evasion though, Protection is still vital and far easier to stack. Unsure how good is the shield bonus but less than 40 Evasion wont help much

Seems to be random and predetermined as far as I can tell.

I can't believe they actually nerfed it either... I'm guessing it was too easy to abuse through portcullis. Except that it wasn't. It did pathetic damage. Enemy didn't stay for long on the affected tile. It'd cost too much energy to abuse this. IMO it *should* work through bars but obviously not wa...
