Re: Whatever happened to Mac OS X and iOS ports of LOG?

Why can't you just use Bootcamp like everyone else?

Re: Dungeon Editor Progress

People are not going to want to write the code to create basic dungeons. I don't WANT to, but I WILL if that's the only option, and it wouldn't be that hard. Not sure why this is a debate, I'm pretty sure it was already confirmed that they're developing a visual interface for the layout and scripti...

Re: Please not mods/DLCs

No offence intended I'll turn this around to say that I do indeed intend to offend. Why, you may ask? Because Greco, you are an idiot. Obviously you have no manners. I will not fall in your level and start abusing you. You are exploiting the anonnymity that this forum offers to say whatever you wan...

Re: Calling Shenanigans on the 12 hour finish people

I can't imagine how people are spending 30+ hours on a single playthrough. I DO NOT rush, Hell, I played old school mode. I got 4/5 of the secrets 9/10 of the gear doors and beat the game in around 15 hours. No rushing at all.

Adding scope to the level editor? New meshes/textures/etc..

I am incredibly excited that AH has said they are working on a level editing suite of tools. As a matter of fact, many of my friends purchased this game mostly because of this as they are hard core modders. There has been very little data released on what you plan to allow in the editor, but I have ...

Re: Please not mods/DLCs

Mods and DLCs is a modern feature in gaming. But I am not sure it will work with old school games like Grimrock. Grimrock is not just hacking and slashing, it's after all puzzles. An I don't thing that fan based mods would add much to this. I would rather prefer a sequel, directly from the original...

Re: Please not mods/DLCs

I thought the OP was joking at first. The post made so little sense to me I figured it just had to be a spoof. Guess not. I'm glad pretty much everyone has disagreed with him. This game will benefit GREATLY from modding and DLC. If the OP thinks that fans and gamers can't create content on par with ...

Food's not an issue in the game unless you're REALLLLLLY slow. By the time you get to level six there's infinite food anyway.

Re: Been told the game is not for you? Please read this.

Good post OP. +theoretical rep. I'm not opposed to a speed slider no matter how much its advocates have sought to demonize me lately. I merely don't want the game dumbed down or the devs to spend tonnes of time on extra options to meet the numerous inane requests. Speed slider seems to be the most a...

Re: Brilliant game... but. A letter to AH and complainers.

I don't think any player should be disagreeing on the devs own forums and trying to prevent that exact feedback. Nobody but a mod is capable of 'preventing' your feedback. Get over yourself. We're just telling you what we think of your feedback. If you have the right to express your opinions so do ...
