The ones who complain about broken compass (needle does stand still, N-E-S-W move) should maybe not have spent their complete childhood sitting in front of a screen but joined the pathfinders or gone to wander in the mountains reading cards ;)

Volume it up . more weapons . more spells . more races . more classes . allow all characters all classabilities, but the chosen class just boosts the effect of the fitting class Textures? No - Design is important I would not mind at all seing throughout all levels the same texture. What excites me ...

Great ideas and even coders offering solutions, thx! Of course, the motivation behind is not to 'easy' down the game but to just offer some comfortability. Running throught the same halls and tunnels 4, 5, .. 9, yet 10 times to get to an outer post is at some point tiredsome. I've moved so far 36'00...

Well I'm all up for the stairway and the walk - even throught done parts, monsters may arise again ;)

But the Genie... helluva idea: U activate it, you chose the levels, and you spawn at the Life Crystals location for example.

@HR I'd do it like this: Build up a story telling for the chars chosen and played. When this game is over, the story continues in a story telling way: patch and give a new mask "Story", in this submask offer new Levels and Environments playable with either new chars or the existing group. ...

Hi there There's a practical 'thing' I miss that would have eased up jumping from Level to Level very much: In Dungeon Master, u could use the Skeleton Keys to open a huge Stairway that allowed to enter LVL 6 - 12 very easily without going the whole, long ways throught the dungeons to reach stairs. ...

I hit with 270 dmg yesterday with the Dismantler, carried by a Minotaur Warrior with Headhunter & four Skulls, Sword Skill on 21. It's nice... Combine it with something that fastens up your cooldown and it becomes amazing.

37, coming from C64 and ATARI MEGA ST 2 (Legend of Fairghail, DM, CSB!) I moved on to PC (M&M, LoL, all imaginable Ultimas, mainly Underworld).
