It works great in Etrian Odyssey because you got a second screen right below the main screen, that you can actually draw on using a stylus. I know most people prefer the DRM free option, but if you are a steam user, please purchase the steam version: That way you can advertise it to everyone in your steam friendslist. I tend to try out unknown games other friends are playing, and surely I'm not the only one

And don't forget, if you don't want to waste printing paper + ink, it's much easier to just buy a block of squared paper

(though, I have to admit, the grimrock template is really beautiful, I think it makes everyone wanting to map manually )
