Re: Dungeon Editor Progress

Or even better, so you don't have to hold buttons / right click, just have a permanent "Entity type" box somewhere on the screen which shows all entities in that square, any of which can be clicked on to select if needed. That way you can scroll your cursor / move your mouse around the sc...

How about making it so a dropdown menu shows whenever you click on a square that has more than one entity?

Oh, you should play "Ouverture Facile".
But yeah, I know what you mean.

Re: Dungeon Editor Progress

Hey, Petri! I have an idea that might give you some inspiration on the architecture of the dungeon editor and its integration with the script editor (although you probably have thought about it already): RPG Maker. In fact, I think your editor could have a lot in common with RPG Maker. I think it co...

Re: Technical Wishlist for editor

Not saying it's impossible. Just saying it's a couple of things they need to keep in mind in order to do it. Something they probably aren't going to provide just for modders, but they might perhaps include it in a later expansion, after which modders could use it as well. That's exactly what I mean...

Re: No light cast from a held torch

I believe your problem is not your graphics card, but your processor. Unfortunately, LoG isn't tested to work on single-core processors.

But still, despite that fact, I know a lot of people who run the game on Pentium 4 PCs with no problems.

Maybe try updating your drivers.

Re: Technical Wishlist for editor

Ok, probably I expressed myself badly... I do think that the underground setting is kind of the point of the game. And, let's face it, outside environments never look good (or even right) on these kinds of "square-based" games. The only hope I see is some kind of "ceiling-less maze&qu...

Re: Technical Wishlist for editor

Support for basic outdoors rendering Well, I know you didn't ask for opinions, but I have to say I disagree with you here. I don't know what the devs are planning for the official expansions, or even if they even are going to exist, but I do believe the game was deliberately made to feel claustroph...
