Re: EXP mod
This game is far from perfect. There are some certain things I would like to see added and or changed. But the core mechanics is not one. So I will defend AH's design because thats what it is after all. This is assuming that you will be forced to download mods in this vain in a mandatory update to ...

A mod where all these ponies fucking die, and all I have to do is sit back and watch.

Re: Dungeon Editor Progress
That's a good question. We actually don't have a level editor at all. I think if text editor was nice for your team, it would be nice for majo...

Re: TGA files for portraits? help???

Re: Dungeon Ideas, Anyone?
You can do that already thanks to the DAT file extractor by Raptor . Open grimrock.dat and extract what's found in assets/dungeons/grimrock/*.lua . Those are all the dungeon layouts and object maps. I'm not too sure what the format of the object mappings are, but more or less the map structures them...

Re: Dungeon Ideas, Anyone?
An idea I've held in the back of my head since starting to play through Grimrock was to introduce a more steampunk/dystopian Victorian-era/old English/technological overarcing theme to the dungeon itself. So you would see things like steam pipes running through the dungeons, big furnaces and gas lan...
