How do you pick up items then or pressing buttons on the wall, etc. - using the interface without a free mouse cursor ? Just wondering if i missed other options.

I don't anticipate this to be a problem and is most likely included in the editor a long time ago but just to be sure... you will be able to "path" mobs right ? as in tell them to move from tile A to B and back.. or have a mob move from point A to B, wait 20 seconds on tile B, then move t...

I see this "retroactive" thing more in the light of this game being distributed around the globe with no real international law to protect the game and the people behind it. So if a situation arises anywhere, the usage terms could be "better worded" to encompass unfortunate situa...
