Length of Time Allowed Underwater
I haven't actually timed it, but it seems to me that as my characters have leveled up (currently 15), it appears that they can spend much more time underwater. I really started noticing it during my trips to the fish tank to replenish my food supply. The route out is longer than the route in, becaus...

Leprechaun in Twigroot Tunnels (spoilers)
He keeps teleporting away after I inflict enough damage. Is it possible to actually kill this guy and get the experience here, or is he some sort of recurring opponent that we cannot definitively deal with until later? I'm not interested in spoilers -- I just want to know if I am wasting my time whe...

Re: Grimrock 2 Pre-Order
I pre-ordered it about 4 weeks ago. When I click on the link in the confirmation email from Humble Bundle, it sends me to a page that appears to just have the link to the Steam key. No link to the direct download, and the link to the Steam key doesn't work either (not that I want to play it through ...

Sorry for coming in late on this. But that link doesn't seem to work again.

Re: How many ways are there to lose the game?
open a command prompt and type "echo y|format c:" Wait until you get another prompt and in most cases, you will lose the game. Would that still work on Windows XP/Vista/7? Or do they have some built-in safety thing or other to keep people from doing something like that. Obviously, I'd nev...

Saved Games
Where are the saved games stored? They don't appear to be in the "Legend of Grimrock" folder in my program files directory. I would like to back those up when I back up my other stuff.

Raising characters from the dead
Is there any drawback to doing that? Lost statistics or something like that? I've been holding off doing the fighter's challenge because I just can't complete it while keeping everyone alive -- at most 2/4 people. If there is absolutely no penalty for bringing a person back to life, then I'll just d...

Re: Do i have to keep Toorum's notes?
Ever since The Summoning, I have been programmed to save everything , when I found out towards the end of the game that I should have kept some items I ditched somewhere close to the beginning, forcing me to backtrack through the sewers of the citadel. Whenever I play these sorts of games, I leave h...

End of game question (no spoilers)
Once I've completed the game, do I have the option of keeping the same characters for the next play through? I'm asking because I have reached what I suspect is very close to the end of the game (I'm avoiding looking at walkthroughs, so I'm not sure). I'm trying to decide if I should just go ahead a...
