Hope so, I find myself not using poison bolt much because of this. Oh well, a minor annoyance it is.

Why are the boots of valor mentioned twice on level 7 list? I doubt there is two pairs of boots there or am I missing something?

I can confirm this. I spent 23 points on earth magic for improved poison bolt and it's the same. If the poison cloud left by improved poison bolt kills, no xp is gained. It's not on patch list so could anyone please confirm if it's intended?
