Looks like they released the full game as a 'patch'. My guess is steam released this, then reverted it and probably told AH to make an actual patch... Just do a re-install and all is well. There is even an option to keep saves :) Cheers Garcy Steam wouldn't have rejected the update for that reason ...

You guys received any response yet to your inquiry to Valve on what happened with the posted-then-retracted 1.1.4 update? I've been playing on Steam to track achievements.
