Sounds like this is a problem with your integrated GPU. You should contact AMD about it. Also you should be able to check your CPU temperature using many different tools, including some that came with your motherboard. I haven't tried to even play..don't know if mine overheats or not..I know others...

I have built in graphics in my AMD CPU.....Scared it might blow the whole chip,..I can't measure the temp so i won't play it till I'm sure the problem is fixed...HotGPU wrote:Is there any progress in fixing the GPU overheating problem?

Has The New Patch solved GPU over heating?
I know when the game came out some people said they fried their GPU's...I have an onboard HD6530D built right into my AMD quad core processor..no way to check temps..been afraid to play for more than a few minutes at a time...Anyone else play this type of set up and is it safe?

i read some posts from people that said the game over heated and even fried their GPU's...I have a AMD 3670 APU with HD6530D onboard graphics..is it safe to run game?

I still get Xaudio2 error in create Xaudio 2....Have win7.64 bit..HD6530d graphics..updated DX..audio and video drivers..got the game from GOG....

Error starting game
at first it was a dll error which i installed now i get this message when starting game'
xaudio2 error in xaudio2create..check if computer meets requirements..check for dx 9...which i installed.....using amd hd6530d video which even works with amalur and Skyrim on medium
