One of the missing secrets from the GameBanshee list is on level 6. There are 12 that I know of on that level. This is one of the few secrets that is based on an action rather than finding an area. Yes, I found all 7 treasures and all of Toorum's notes as well.

I have finished the game with 69 out 71 secrets and after looking at the game guide on GameBanshee, I know that I got the 68 they have listed there.
