Ok, they changed dat file format for beta

I don't know, you simply did something wrong Maybe try to extract your modified dat file and check if your translated file is inside. If not, it was not in correct directory for import.

As I wrote in PM

1) Extract files to any folder
2) Modify files and delete unmodified
3) Open DAT file, select "Patch" button, select new filename, select folder with modified files
4) Wait for repack
