Re: Key Buffering problem with timed puzzles
I'm slightly sad to return months later and not feel any difference in how the key-hold buffering problem is handled (as it still proceeds to walk one or two steps more after a key has been released after a hold)

Re: Problem with spiders, severe arachnophobia
You don't have to think spiders look "disgusting" or anything to have arachnophobia, and they certainly don't have to be real. All arachnophobes are different. Personally, I think spiders look awesome but all sense of logic vanishes the moment I'm confronted with one. Phobias are often not...

Re: Key Buffering problem with timed puzzles
one other thing occured to me which may have no bearing at all. How many people use the Steam service to run game and how many use the standalone from Almost Human. Just be interesting to see wether Steam is causing any lag for people. I myself have both but run on the standalone ( i preordered ofc...

Re: Key Buffering problem with timed puzzles
For me, it won't buffer more than 1-2 key presses. I have Windows 7 64-bit, 8 GB RAM, 4-core cpu, Radeon 6870. Hardly low spec :) (What I dislike, though, is that it actually does buffer anything.) It's not SUPPOSED to buffer more than 1 keypress, if you're trying to queue up keys that's why you're...

Re: Average Age ...
28 here, 29 in a month!
Played a few shareware games like Ancients and similar ones that I can't remember the names of anymore. Loved them. Also played Fountainhead's/ID software's game "Orcs & Elves" for the Nintendo DS which brought me back big-time.

[Feedback] Party Damage Feedback covers health bar
Normally, the health bar shows just a bar but the damage splat indicator shows the health loss in numbers, making it quite hard to keep track of how much health the character has left and how much the loss of health really meant. I've had lots of deaths so far because I just couldn't see how much he...

[Feedback] Load Game confirmation
Simply put, I would love to see a confirmation dialog for loading games. I've lost a lot of tedious progress because of accidentally clicking "Load Game" instead of "Save Game" (upon which you are only one click away from loading a game instead of saving it). Please refrain from ...

Re: Key Buffering problem with timed puzzles
Yeah, if you hold a key down they tend to run 1 or 2 squares AFTER you take your finger off which is even worse lol. The rhythmic tapping has helped a little but it still seems a bit hit and miss whether the key presses take for me. This! I have failed puzzles and died in fights just because when I...
