I had 69/71 but then i remembered about the secret with clawed fists at the area with blue raptors at lvl9. I'm not sure I want to look through 10 levels thoroughly to find the last one, considering I havent found it during 2 playthroughs.

Thanks, found it. Unfortunately, it does not count as a secret, still 70/71

They drop from generated mosnters. There are some lightning bombs, lightning wand etc to help with the boss.
