That's pretty easy to explain: Severed dead: Something that is dead and severed. From all the items this could only be a skull (as you've pointed out) Tear of the Land: So it must've been some little piece of land. Only rocks are pieces of land Game's Bane, With head of steel: This one can be tricky...
I wouldn't say mundane. Swinging a sword surely is, but swinging a sword effectively is everything but mundane. Still, concentrating on your incantations, summoning phrases and hand gestures in a fight is probably much more complicated than swinging a sword (which becomes instinct after a while). Th...
Jupp, that idea sounds awesome. Also, the Cleric class sounds like a great addition. A healing class is actually missing, I think. :) Although, I would change the casting interface of clerics a bit, to give more variety. I get why mages have to "select" runes to cast their magic. But cleri...
Well, I can understand part of the complaint. I would've loved for spells to be "explorable" by find a valid combination without having to unlock that spell slot in its respective mage school. I'd revise the system so that you have a skill to unlock spell slots - so it basically unlocks th...
Congratulations on finishing this so quickly. :P In any case, once map editor's out, we can expect a steady stream of new fan-made maps, so that's something to look forward to! This editor feature got me thinking, as soon as I saw the level choice in TB's video: Wouldn't it be quite possible to re-...

Then you might've noticed that in those games spells can actually miss, or fizzle, on a random note. Here, in LoG, this does not happen, except if you punch in the wrong runes....
I think you've got it wrong. It says something along the lines of "if you open all but one door - the one where the draft is strongest - a secret passage opens". So you have to only close exactly one door. Now, finding out which shouldn't be much of a problem, should it?
Don't cater to the casuals! Sorry...I know it's just an option for casuals, but really? You casuals fucked up gaming pretty hard, in my opinion. If the game starts to cater to casuals, they'll come and gather and demand an whine and what-not. I don't like you as gamers. And I don't want you to play ...
Even if. Isn't that immersion? You're in a mountain...a dangerous mountain...with earthquakes...that normally would create landslides and such. Sounds pretty much like immersion to me - as opposed to being an "immersion breaker". Sorry, the immersion argument was just plain stupid. Say it ...
