Well, actually, "The Dismantler" could make sense, seeing as it can cast Lightning on hit and the end boss is very susceptible to lightning.

That's pretty easy to explain: Severed dead: Something that is dead and severed. I wouldn't say mundane. Swinging a sword surely is, but swinging a sword effectively is everything but mundane. People that ask for quick cast seem to forget one thing: Spells - can't - miss! You ever played other RPGs with quick cast? Then you might've noticed that in those games spells can actually miss, or fizzle, on a random note. Here, in LoG, this does not happen, except if you punch in the wrong runes....

I think you've got it wrong. It says something along the lines of "if you open all but one door - the one where the draft is strongest - a secret passage opens". So you have to only close exactly one door. Now, finding out which shouldn't be much of a problem, should it?
