Re: Overall gameplay speed (elderly gamer)
I created an account just to post in this topic - even though it's not an issue that affects me, it has been bothering me since I first reached level 2. Almost Human rightly received great kudos from the gaming media the world over for implementing the mouse-operated arrow buttons at behest of that...

Re: Mage Starting Scrolls
Ice isn't really a beginner school anyway. It requires more points early on to be effective, so it's the not the best school to choose if you're new to the game.

Re: Please provide a demo in the future.
Yeah I steal items to make sure that I like them. Then I take them back to the store and buy them. And if I don't really like them i'll just keep them anyways. Screw everyone who doesn't give me exactly what I want. I deserve stuff for free because I'm special. Oh yeah and just wanted to say. There...

Re: Post your party here!
I've got the basic tank warrior in my upper left slot. Shields and maces, armor and athletics, etc. In my upper right slot I have a lizardman with almost all of his points spent in unarmed. He wears very little armor and has high evasiveness. He's my main damage dealer and he's incredibly good at it...

Re: Any word on Modding Tools?
At this rate things are being figured out, community modding tools will far outstripe what Almost Human is able to provide themselves long before they release any official tools.

Re: Please provide a demo in the future.
I agree that a demo should be made available. It doesn't even have to be a demo of content that's actually in the game. This engine is perfectly suited for a demo-specific couple of floors.

Re: Food / Torches
Thanks for the replies. I'll keep wearing out my ESC key then. Regarding torches, it appears wall holders stop the timer. Putting a dead torch in a wall holder won't relight it. However, putting a dimming torch into a holder will keep it light. So one strategy is to continually swap new found torch...

Re: What features are expected to be part of the dungeon edi
I would to see them give us the kind of access to the game that Runic did for Torchlight. Runic pretty much gave the modding community access to the engine itself and said, "Have at it, guys!"

Re: How to view ingame map?
Did you enable old school mode? Old school mode completely disables the use of the map.
